About Us

Hello, I’m Teresa, the founder of Inclusion 247

Nice to meet you

Inclusion 247 is brought to you by Jungle HR Ltd who is a National Award-Winning Consultancy.

We recognise that organisations want to shift the equality, diversity and inclusion dial but often don't know where to start. Many have relied on an ‘awareness and celebration approach’ to Diversity & Inclusion in the hope that credibility indicators are enough, whilst others are unsure of the steps to take beyond public declarations.

We're passionate about accelerating the inclusion ambitions of organisations enabling them to create inclusive workplace cultures.  We believe it’s important for people to feel a sense of belonging when they come to work; to be in an environment where they feel respected and valued for their unique difference.

Whether you’re taking your first steps, or you’ve already started on your inclusion journey, we’re here for you – and we’re excited by the transformation which is about to unfold.

Supporting the United Nations Global Goals

As part of the UN Global Compact Initiative we have made a commitment to take steps to support the UN goals.  We are particularly aligned to Goal 10: Reduced Inequalities | The Global Goals

This goal highlights that too much of the world’s wealth is held by a very small group of people. This often leads to financial and social discrimination. In order for nations to flourish, equality and prosperity must be available to everyone - regardless of gender, race, religious beliefs or economic status. When every individual is self sufficient, the entire world prospers.
